I have been using the new PC version for several foreign assignments, and as a carry-on bag it is perfect. To access the rear zipped storage area you flip the shoulder straps over to the front, and then you can store your computer safely, thanks to the special shock-absorbent padding. I have also been impressed with the amount of room in the main compartment, which also contains an internal zipped compartment.
The front storage area is accessed via a zip, housing yet more decent storage space, and included is a key clip, two pen holders and a couple of other pockets for smaller items, including one for a mobile phone. The front exterior of the bag has a further pocket protected by a water-resistant zip, and is perfect for easily accessible personal items.
