When not warming their cockles by the roaring log fire – either in the lounge or in the privacy of their own Chalet – there is plenty of unspoilt wintery landscape for couples to explore and enjoy. There is skiing on the doorstep, thanks to the hotel’s ski in/ski out ability right on the piste in Alpe di Siusi, the largest mountain plateau in Europe with 60km of well-groomed slopes, but there are also plenty of winter hiking routes and toboggan runs for non-skiers who simply want to soak up the pristine atmosphere.
